iScreenHD IPTV functions as an intermediary service, not hosting or producing content. We grant access to publicly available streams, and Users bear responsibility for adhering to their jurisdiction's copyright laws.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service comes "as is" without any guarantees. We make no promises regarding 100% uptime or uninterrupted channel access. iScreenHD IPTV will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential, that may occur due to Service usage problems.
11. Termination
At our discretion, we can suspend or terminate your account without notification when your conduct violates these Terms & Conditions or harms the Service or other users.
